Superfoods are a hot topic in the world of health and growth touted as one of the healthiest food sources available. Superfoods include berries, leafy vegetables, sprouts, bee pollen, aloe vera, raw cacao, berries gogji, flax seeds and many others.

I do not really have a problem with berries or leafy vegetables. In fact, I really feel that we all consume too leafy vegetables in our diet and have lots of fruit. So if you want berries, go for it and eat a lot of them(I currently have a great love for blueberries!). If we take these superfoods and ground into a powder or tablets, that is, if I have a problem.
