Until recently, acai was not far from one to the west. In fact, up to nine months ago I had never heard of anything. However, several studies of this berry one of the most nutritious fruits in the world have shown. In fact, some studies have shown that it is quite a super food! Acai (pronounced ah-sigh-ee) comes from the Brazilian rainforest.
Collected from a palm tree in the Amazon berry is dark purple and is complete with antioxidants, essentialacids.I fatty acids and amino acids have actually never even seen the berry for sale here, but sugar-free pasta is available, and many health food stores now. Sure, it can also be ordered online and at your door.

In northern Brazil, Açaí is traditionally called pumpkins "cuias" served withTapioca and sometimes sugar. Acai has become a fad in southern Brazil, where they consumed cold as Acai na Tigelaar is ("açaí in the bowl"), mostly mixed with granola - a fad where acai is considered as an energizer. Acai is also widely consumed in Brazil as an ice cream flavor or juice.
I recently visited the north of Brazil and spent two months in Natal. This is where I sampled my first taste of Acai. I can tell you which is great. Along the main road is on the beachMany bars and cafes all serve this delicious fruit. Everyone seems to prepare the same way. Take the frozen pulp and mix with a blend of acai juice and fruit or fruit of your choice, topped with granola. My favorite breakfast!
